About the Role

This is a unique opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of customers. As a Customer Banking Specialist, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and building long-lasting relationships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist customers with their everyday banking needs, answering questions and queries
  • Build trust and rapport with customers through meaningful conversations and interactions
  • Work collaboratively with customers to use our in-branch technology and digital banking options
  • Complete financial health checks to assess customers' financial needs and provide tailored solutions
  • Process applications for personal loans, credit cards, and associated products
  • Use tools to capture customer feedback and implement improvements to drive customer satisfaction

  • The ability to have great conversations and confidence to ask challenging questions
  • Problem-solving attitude and curiosity in finding effective solutions
