Job Description:

The Construction Industry is seeking proactive, process-driven professionals to join their team as a Levy Administrator.

As a Levy Administrator, you will be responsible for evaluating and processing levy refunds, following up on outstanding information, and managing enquiries from a wide range of stakeholders.

You will work closely with the broader Levy team to ensure every building and construction project in South Australia is recorded accurately, and that levy compliance and regulations are met.

This role requires organisational skills and an eye for detail to support the industry's growth.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Review and deliver on levy refund applications with accuracy.
  • Coordinate finalising completed levy projects by reconciling documentation.
  • Contribute to scheduled works, including the Annual Council Lodgement process and engagement with Government Departments.
  • Monitor and follow up on outstanding levy payments to ensure timely revenue collection.
  • Provide responsive and professional support for levy enquiries received via phone and email.
  • Assist with compliance activities, project audits, and other related tasks as needed.
