About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Assistant Manager to join our Port Stephens team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional client service and contributing to the growth and success of our business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Contribute to the team from day one and demonstrate the skills, motivation, and commitment required to work on a wide range of technically challenging engagements across various industries.
  • Gain experience working with a diverse range of clients and assignments, with our 13 specialist business units, and grow with our dedicated training and mentoring programs.
  • Ensure each engagement is well planned and executed, and enjoy problem-solving alongside our Partners to deliver an exceptional client experience.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience.
  • CA or CPA qualified.
  • Strong technical knowledge.
  • Excellent client interaction skills.
  • Team player able to work at pace.
  • Ability to meet deadlines by showing initiative and commitment.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving ability with an attention to detail.
  • Excellent English language skills.
  • Acts with integrity, honesty, trust, and respect.
  • Proficient understanding of Microsoft suite including Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
