Corporate Accounts Manager

At IDEXX, we're seeking a skilled Corporate Accounts Manager to join our team in Australia & New Zealand. This exciting role will see you developing strong business relationships with our corporate veterinary customers, creating enduring and sustainable strategic partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead day-to-day account management for dedicated customers, collaborating with cross-functional teams to execute plans.
- Execute IDEXX marketing campaigns and programs within your account base, working closely with Commercial colleagues to ensure successful uptake.
- Operationalize agreed plans by establishing strong relationships and engagement discipline with 'above clinic' managers and influencers.
- Support the Head of Corporate & Strategic Accounts ANZ in managing negotiations, achieving win-wins for customers and long-term business objectives.
- Collaborate with the sales leadership team and other key functions to develop a cohesive, long-term strategy, ensuring clear lines of communication with the field sales team.
- Relevant corporate account experience, with demonstrated success growing strategic customer relationships.
- Successful management of a product and service-based portfolio.
- Experience with critical analysis and problem-solving skills to deliver resourceful, innovative solutions.
- A strong independent thinker with a passion for crunching numbers and delving into data.
- Experience collaborating cross-functionally in a matrixed environment.
- Experience with selling & negotiation, including excellent presentation & facilitation skills.
- Strong business acumen.
- A background in a veterinary, diagnostic, medical or other life science industry.
- The ability to collaborate, influence and motivate others in driving business objectives.
- The ability to travel regularly (approx. 25-50%).
