About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales and Account Development Professional to join our commercial sales team in Western Sydney. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and growing your clients' accounts with a clear understanding of their veterinary business and diagnostic needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow your clients' accounts with a clear understanding of their veterinary business and diagnostic needs.
- Successfully inspire clients to adopt and use IDEXX Complete Diagnostic Solution to raise their standards of care.
- Develop partnerships with veterinarians, owners, and clinic teams to help grow their business.
- Sell IDEXX products and services and help onboard and train veterinary teams on IDEXX diagnostic equipment, services, and technology.
- Collaborate with colleagues to implement new strategies for the benefit of customers.
- Attend relevant trade shows, deliver IDEXX educational content, and maintain and update client information using Salesforce.com.
Requirements
- A strong sales and technical background.
- An understanding of the veterinary industry is highly regarded but not essential.
- A proven sales track record and ability to deliver outstanding sales results.
- Demonstrated record of providing exceptional customer service and responsiveness.
- Outstanding organisation and territory management skills.
- Exceptional communication skills and ability to understand and share technical information.
- Superior relationship building skills to create long-term business opportunities and customer loyalty.
