Captive Insurance Expertise

AIG is seeking a Senior Account Executive to play a highly influential role in protecting our clients and growing our business. As a captive insurance specialist, you will manage a portfolio of captive insurance companies, coordinating all captive operations, including financial statement preparation, regulatory and corporate compliance on behalf of captive owners.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of captive insurance companies, ensuring captives are in compliance with all regulatory requirements.
  • Lead relationship and communication with captive owners, service providers, and regulators.
  • Prepare financial statements and ensure timely submission of regulatory filings.
  • Perform special requests for clients, including business plan changes, financial proformas, and analyzing new agreements.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field.
  • Professional accounting designation (CA, CPA, ACCA) or minimum of 3 years' experience in insurance/reinsurance management and financial reporting.
  • Excellent insurance accounting technical skills and experience in preparing financial statements under GAAP/IFRS and domicile statutory reporting requirements.
  • Excellent communicator, both verbally and written.
  • Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently to meet departmental client service objectives.
