Job Title: Accounts Payable Officer

Introduction:

Randstad is currently recruiting an experienced Accounts Payable Officer to join a leading commercial organisation. This is a fast-paced and dynamic environment where you will be working closely with the finance team to ensure the smooth operation of accounts payable processes.

Responsibilities:

  • Process and manage accounts payable transactions in a timely and accurate manner
  • Review and verify invoices and payments to ensure accuracy and compliance
  • Initiate new suppliers and add them to the system
  • Investigate and reconcile creditor accounts for discrepancies
  • Manage direct debit for utilities accounts
  • Perform other administration and accounts duties as required

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in accounts payable
  • Experience with D365
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Accuracy and attention to detail
  • Comfortable working with large data sets on Excel
