  • Assisting in the identification of risks and contributing to the development of mitigation strategies is also important.
  • Developing and maintaining project documentation, dashboards, and structured reporting tools is a vital part of this role.

  • You will provide consistent project control support across a national portfolio, ensuring alignment with internal standards and best practices.

To be successful in this role, you will require a tertiary qualification in Project Management, Engineering, or a related field.

  • Demonstrated at least 3-5 years' experience in a project controls, project scheduling, or project coordination role, ideally in a consulting environment is necessary.
  • Proficiency in project management tools such as MS Project and Excel is required.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and reporting skills with high attention to detail are essential.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional and geographically dispersed teams is crucial.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights are also required.
