Project Coordinator Role

We are seeking a skilled and organized professional to support the planning, execution, and delivery of engineering projects. The ideal candidate will act as a key link between senior management, clients, vendors, and teams to ensure seamless project workflows.

The role requires strong administrative skills, effective communication, and coordination abilities to manage resources, materials, and logistics for both on-site and off-site operations.

  • Advise senior management on matters requiring attention and facilitate the implementation of their decisions.
  • Act as a bridge between senior management, clients, and project teams to ensure smooth information flow and alignment of goals.
  • Coordinate resources, materials, and logistics to support project delivery.
  • Support project planning, scheduling, and execution to ensure timely project completion.
  • Maintain effective communication with domestic and international clients, suppliers, and contractors.
  • Organize and coordinate meetings, events, and activities related to project execution.
  • Ensure compliance with project specifications, safety requirements, and quality standards.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in project management or coordination, including a minimum of 1 year in engineering projects.
  • Experience in engineering documentation management is essential.
  • Capable of coordinating delivery management with overseas factories.
  • Strong administrative and coordination skills.
  • Exceptional bilingual communication skills (both written and verbal). Proficiency in Mandarin is preferred.
  • Familiarity with professional project management system software.
