Project Coordinator Role

The purpose of the role is to assist in the coordination and delivery of projects, working closely with senior management to ensure alignment with company goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the project team by coordinating project activities, including estimation, planning, and execution.
  • Develop detailed project plans to assist clients with project feasibility and budget planning.
  • Collaborate effectively within a team, building strong relationships and contributing to overall business outcomes.
  • Communicate project progress and results to stakeholders, ensuring timely and accurate reporting.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and resources to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality results.
  • Identify and mitigate risks, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, Project Management, or related field.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and discipline-specific IT software.
  • Experience in project coordination and estimation is highly regarded.
  • Strong communication, influencing, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
