Community Engagement Lead Opportunity

Our organization is seeking a seasoned professional to lead community engagement initiatives.

This role presents an exciting opportunity to develop and implement strategies that foster relationships, promote community participation, and drive social impact.

  • Develop and execute comprehensive community engagement plans to ensure successful implementation of targeted initiatives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including community groups, social benefit suppliers, and local organizations.
  • Identify and leverage opportunities for employment and training for Western Sydney community members.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to promote project goals and objectives.
  • Monitor and evaluate program effectiveness, making data-driven recommendations for improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage community outreach and engagement strategies.
  • Build and maintain partnerships with local organizations and community groups.
  • Provide support and guidance to subcontractors and suppliers on community engagement and social benefit initiatives.
  • Develop and implement metrics to track progress and success.

Requirements:

  • Degree-qualified in a relevant field, such as business, community engagement, or social policy.
  • Proven experience in community engagement, stakeholder management, and relationship-building.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
