About the PositionWe're seeking an experienced Site Coordinator to join our construction team on a high-profile Station Fit-Out project. As part of a collaborative consortium, you'll be delivering a city-shaping initiative that will define the future of transport in NSW.
Coordinate daily site activities and ensure timely delivery of finishes and services
Supervise subcontractors and track progress against program milestones
Maintain site quality, safety, and compliance standards
Keep accurate records - daily diaries, permits, checklists
Raise and resolve site issues in collaboration with Senior Engineers
Support reporting and identify potential site risks
Previous experience in Site Coordination on building or Fit-Out projects - stations, data centres or hospitals
Strong organizational and communication skills
A team-focused, proactive mindset with attention to detail
