Located in Sydney's CBD, our hotel is a stylish sanctuary just footsteps from Hyde Park and a short stroll from iconic attractions. With 122 guest rooms designed for the modern traveller, fitness centre, outdoor heated swimming pool and three unique venues, this is a place to meet and explore.

As a Front Office Guest Experience Agent, you'll be responsible for all guest interactions, queries and requests that come through our reception desk. You'll assist the Manager on Duty in ensuring a smooth and seamless front office operation and exceptional guest experience.

To succeed, you'll need to be passionate about what you do, willing to give it your all and have a strong work ethic. A rotating roster of morning, evening and overnight shifts may be required.
