Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and professional hospitality expert to join our team as an Aspire Lounge Agent. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a crucial role in setting the tone for their experience.

Your responsibilities will include providing exceptional customer service, managing lounge capacity, and ensuring that all aspects of the lounge operate smoothly and efficiently.

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a dynamic and fast-paced team, delivering premium bespoke hospitality to our valued guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Engage with guests in a professional and personalized manner, building strong relationships and ensuring a warm welcome.
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation throughout the lounge, including reception, barista station, buffet area, and amenities.
  • Develop comprehensive knowledge of all Aspire Lounge brands, services, and products to provide expert advice and recommendations.
  • Manage lounge capacity effectively, balancing bookings, invitations, passenger forecasts, and traffic flow.
  • Understand and adhere to airline contract requirements and various entry channels into the lounge.
  • Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and service provider contractors to achieve seamless operational efficiency.
  • Ensure accurate reporting, stock receiving, and timely billing processes.

  • Proven experience in delivering premium hospitality experiences.
  • A friendly, welcoming, and professional approach.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Driven by a passion for delivering great service.
  • Strong organization and time management skills.
  • Ability to multi-task and collaborate as part of a cohesive team.
  • Able to remain calm and composed under pressure.
  • Holds or is able to undertake RSA and Food Safety Handling Training, maintaining these qualifications diligently.
