  • Process sales efficiently and accurately
  • Collaborate with the management and store team to achieve targets and objectives
  • Support the team with tasks such as visual merchandising, store cleanliness, and presentation
  • Escalate any customer complaints to management promptly
  • Complete mandatory training relevant to products, policies, and procedures
Requirements
  • Proven customer service experience in retail, hospitality, or related industries
  • Ability to deliver outstanding customer service and go above and beyond expectations
  • Possess a genuine passion for sports fashion or have knowledge of key brands
  • Demonstrate a positive can-do attitude and strong teamwork skills
  • Thrives in fast-paced environments and is adaptable to change
  • Able to overcome challenges and learn new skills
  • Excellent communication skills with a focus on engaging with customers and colleagues
  • Multitasking ability and flexibility to work across various shifts, including weekends and holidays
