We are seeking an experienced Investigative Reporting Manager to join our team at HSBC Australia. Key Responsibilities- Conduct thorough investigations into high-risk and high-priority AML CTF matters, ensuring compliance with local regulatory requirements and internal procedures.
- Prepare and submit Suspicious Matter Reports (SMRs) to the regulator in a timely and accurate manner, meeting internal and external service level agreements.

- Proven experience in FCC compliance or investigations functions, with a strong understanding of local AML CTF regulations and requirements.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to draw inferences from data and drive conclusions.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with experience in sharing information effectively in a clear, concise, and professional manner.
- Ability to work in a pressured, turn-around time-driven environment, with a focus on meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality results.
