Job Title: Recruitment Talent Sourcing Expert

The role supports operations across Australia and involves recruiting a variety of roles - from office-based support staff to blue-collar project and shutdown workers.

  • Managing end-to-end recruitment for both white-collar and blue-collar roles
  • Supporting fast-paced project and shutdown recruitment efforts
  • Partnering with hiring managers to understand workforce needs
  • Proactively sourcing candidates using networks and industry know-how
  • Ensuring a smooth candidate experience while meeting operational deadlines
  • Collaborating with internal teams and adhering to company processes

The ideal candidate has:

  • 3–5 years' experience in recruitment (in-house or agency)
  • Demonstrated experience in high-volume or project-based recruitment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • An inquisitive mindset - not afraid to ask questions to get the job done right
  • Ability to work through ambiguity while following processes
  • A proactive and adaptable approach to changing priorities
