Job Description">

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Digital Marketing Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving digital innovation across retail and consumer platforms.

You will work closely with our national and centre marketing teams to provide platform support via Zendesk and our Help Centre. This includes managing onboarding/offboarding across MarTech systems to ensure compliance and security.

Additionally, you will be responsible for supporting CMS, Adobe Campaign, apps, portals, and social media tools. You will collaborate with digital delivery, design, and development teams to drive improvements in user guides, training, and platform documentation.

Another key aspect of the role is coordinating eDM scheduling and support release activities. We are looking for someone who can prioritize tasks effectively and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
