Our ideal candidate will be responsible for achieving aggressive growth targets through innovative marketing strategies. You'll be accountable for Zeller's full marketing campaign mix with oversight across all channels (paid and owned). Hands-on experience with a wide variety of marketing types (content, product, SEO, performance, digital, programmatic, social, event, and partner) is essential.

Job Responsibilities

- Develop bold, creative marketing and advertising campaigns to solidify Zeller's position as a leading payments and financial services disruptor.
- Create compelling marketing and advertising messaging that sets Zeller apart from competitors.
- Deliver high value leads (MQLs) to the Zeller database, routing an effective path to sales delivery and closing.
- Drive web conversion rate optimisation, A/B testing and landing page strategy.
- Own fully-realised go-to-market strategies across products and campaigns — including targeting, segmentation, product positioning, value propositions, key messaging, marketing channels (paid, earned, and owned), budgets, and lifecycle.
- Collaborate with partners on co-marketing, lead sharing, events, and activations to mutually benefit from activities.
- Review competitive offerings and promote ongoing differentiation in our marketing, campaigns, and advertising.
- Own the numbers — you'll be comfortable tracking, analysing, and reporting on all marketing KPIs, and take absolute ownership over the team's success or failure.

The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of marketing experience, with at least 1+ leading a small team or project managing groups. They should have a creative mind that can ideate, deliver and execute on bold campaigns that feel completely unachievable and disruptive. Robust analytical and problem-solving skills are also required, along with clear examples of using data to measure campaign impact and ROI.

In addition, the ideal candidate should be an autonomous self-starter who isn't afraid to roll up their sleeves in order to get a project done. Outstanding attention to detail and an eye for design are essential, as well as comprehensive knowledge of leading tools, platforms, and technologies to make a marketing team more efficient.
