Accounts Payable Specialist Role

Job Opportunity: We seek an experienced Accounts Payable Specialist to join our finance team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end accounts payable processes, ensuring timely and accurate payments to vendors and government agencies. You will also oversee 150+ monthly rentals of leased office locations and contribute to AP automation initiatives.

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in dedicated accounts payable roles, preferably in large or medium-sized organisations
  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance or similar ERP systems is advantageous
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite, including Excel, is essential
  • Relevant qualifications in accounting, finance or related fields are desirable

Requirements: A valid Police Check and Working with Children Check are mandatory requirements prior to commencement. Successful candidates must set up a myGovID for access to government data aligned with the role.

Key Responsibilities: Manage accounts payable processes, ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures, and maintain accurate records. Collaborate with the finance team to achieve efficient and effective AP operations.
