As we continue to expand and grow, we are seeking a highly organized and experienced Corporate Services Manager to join our team and oversee our administrative operations.
Position Overview:
As the Corporate Services Manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of our administrative functions to ensure smooth and efficient operations. You will play a key role in supervising administrative staff, implementing administrative policies and procedures, and supporting various departments within the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high level administrative, strategic planning and operating support on administrative matters to managing director.
- Oversee the day-to-day administrative operations, including but not limited to office management, construction site and facilities maintenance, financial planning, and staff management.
- Develop and implement administrative policies, procedures, and guideline for use by staff.
- Analyse complex resource management issue, identify areas for process improvement, and prepare report and advice to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Supervise and provide leadership to administrative staff, including hiring, training, and performance management.
- Manage budgets and expenses related to administrative functions. Support for the preparation of annual budgets and financial planning.
- Coordinate with other departments to support their administrative needs and facilitate cross-departmental collaboration.
- Serve as a point of contact for internal stakeholders on administrative matters, addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner. Represent the company for external negotiation, conventions, seminar and etc.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or a related field (at least five years relevant working experience may substitute a formal degree).
- Proven experience in an administrative management role, with a minimum of [number] years of relevant experience.
- Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with individuals at all levels of the organization.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of relevant regulations and best practices in administrative management.
