Lead Operations Manager
The role of Lead Operations Manager at our Hospitality Management team offers an exceptional opportunity for a motivated and experienced professional to take on a challenging leadership position.
Job Description:
- Provide direction, guidance and support to operational teams to ensure high standards of customer service are delivered.
- Coordinate rosters, delegate tasks and breaks.
- Offer feedback to staff on their performance and manage performance concerns.
- Support training, onboarding and coaching of new starters and existing staff.
- Lead a 'Safety first' culture by following all policy, procedures and reporting to ensure compliance at all times.
- Monitor and respond to service levels - received goods, response times, service quality, food production - and assist where appropriate.
- Trouble shoot, problem solve and implement solutions to ensure a positive customer experience and outcomes.
- Conflict Resolution and management of complex operational issues.
Requirements:
- A ‘Can Do’ attitude that thrives in a fast-paced and diverse environment.
- At least 12 months experience managing a team.
- Exceptional communication skills.
- Exceptional grooming and presentation skills.
- Possess a high degree of discretion, integrity and confidentiality.
- Flexibility and availability to work across the operating hours of the Club and be able to work a rotating shift roster year round.
- Possess an RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) & RCG (Responsible Conduct of Gaming) competency card or willing to obtain.

Club Trading Hours at Menai are: Sunday to Wednesday 10am to 12am, Thursday 10am to 1am and Friday and Saturday 10am to 2am.
