Job Title: Delivery Lead – Data Enablement

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to lead complex, multi-vendor data programs and manage high-performing teams in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and deliver large-scale data programs, ensuring alignment with long-term strategies and technological advancements.
  • Manage cross-functional teams and collaborate closely with stakeholders to shape and implement data solutions that drive business value.
  • Apply Agile methodologies and act as a Scrum Master to enhance project delivery and team efficiency.
  • Partner with stakeholders to develop and execute long-term strategies and technology roadmaps.
  • Leverage expertise in Marketing and Enterprise Data, along with knowledge of Machine Learning (ML) and technologies such as Python, Databricks, Pega, and Adobe Campaign.
Requirements:
  • Extensive experience as a Delivery Lead and/or Program Manager in Data Enablement, preferably within a large, complex organization.
  • Proven track record managing large, complex programs with multiple streams and vendors.
  • Significant experience in building, leading, and managing teams of people.
  • Demonstrated expertise in Agile practices; Scrum Master certification or experience is desirable.
  • Ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders to deliver comprehensive strategy and technology roadmaps.
  • Knowledge of Marketing and Enterprise Data, coupled with expertise in ML and technologies such as Python, Databricks, Pega, and Adobe Campaign.
