Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Liaise with clients, banks, brokers, and settlement agents to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
  • Manage high-volume data entry into internal spreadsheets and systems, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Register bookings and schedule jobs for the valuations team, utilizing internal systems.
  • Ensure the front of house and meeting rooms are clean and well-presented at all times.
  • Provide administrative support to the Valuations and Directors team, including general administrative duties.
