Business Partner & People Capability Expert

This is an exciting position that will enable you to bring your coaching, talent and succession planning skills to enhance people's development and careers.

We are seeking an experienced Business Partner to join our team in a South Australian region. You will be surrounded by knowledgeable and supportive people who get a kick out of impacting business and culture.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Partner with Regional Managers and Store Teams to support and deliver key people initiatives aligned to the overall business strategy, in line with our values.
  • Lead various projects, particularly in culture and engagement, development, progression and succession planning.
  • Support stores in Tasmania and the Northern Territory with some travel required.
