
Sales Performance Manager

We are seeking a skilled Territory Sales Professional to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth within your designated territory.
- Main Responsibilities:
- Manage sales and revenue growth within your allocated territory.
- Visit customers in your territory to ensure they are aware of new products, promotions, and cycle deals.
- Plan and implement 10-week business cycle plans.
- Build product range and volume to ensure good coverage of all products in stores.
- Improve product positioning.
- Administer orders, maintain customer contact details, and order history.
- Coordinate instore and window displays with state merchandisers.
- Train pharmacy staff members on new and existing product ranges as needed.
To succeed in this role, you will require:
- A minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar sales role.
- An understanding of the retail pharmacy sector.
- Strong rapport building and interpersonal relationship skills.
- Excellent sales skills.
- Effective communication skills.
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office.
