Event Coordinator Role

We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Event Coordinator to join our team in planning and delivering events across various sectors. This fast-paced role involves coordinating staff, managing logistics, and ensuring smooth event delivery.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Supporting the Events Team in coordinating staff, rosters, and event schedules.
  • Providing quotes to clients.
  • Detailing event briefs to supervisors and ensuring staff inductions are completed.
  • Assisting with equipment and consumables management to ensure events are well-prepared.
  • Monitoring support staff during events and resolving issues quickly.
  • Conducting post-event debriefs to report on driving improvements.
  • Delivering excellent communication and customer service to event clients.

Requirements for this role include:

  • 1–2 years experience in events, hospitality, or operations coordination.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with staff and clients.
  • Calm under pressure problem-solving abilities.
  • Flexibility to work nights and weekends.
  • A current driver’s license is required, with a forklift license desirable.
