Job Title: Administration / New Vehicle Registration Clerk

We are seeking an experienced administrative professional to join our dynamic team at Charters Towers Toyota. This role is responsible for the registration of new vehicles with the Department of Transport and Main Roads, as well as ensuring the prompt settlement of related accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Register new vehicles with the Department of Transport and Main Roads.
  • Manage and settle accounts related to vehicle registration.
  • Answer general enquiries and direct calls to relevant departments or employees.
  • Build and maintain relationships with Dealerlogic and the Department of Transport and Main Roads.
  • Complete general administrative tasks as directed.
  • Ensure secure storage of unregistered number plates.
  • Create invoices for new vehicle sales.
  • Prepare and register new vehicles.

Requirements:

  • Experience in an administration role.
  • Current manual driver's license.
  • Motivated self-starter with ability to work autonomously and within a team environment.
  • Professional presentation and outlook.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Highly developed time management, problem-solving, and organisational skills.
