We are seeking an experienced Administrative Support Specialist to provide effective administration for project teams in our Brisbane and wider QLD region office. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years' practical experience in supporting a team of professionals, preferably in the Civil Roads Infrastructure Construction or Engineering/Mining/Resources type office environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to project teams, including document management, email correspondence, and data entry.
  • Assist with the coordination of project activities, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
  • Develop and maintain accurate and up-to-date records, reports, and databases.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and quality standards.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar role, preferably in the Civil Construction Industry.
  • Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Windows, MS Word, MS Excel, and email programs.
  • Ability to 'touch type' and maintain accurate records.
  • Valid driver's licence and access to own transport.
