As a Line Cook or Chef at TGI Fridays Macquarie restaurant, you will be part of a dynamic team that shares our passion for quality and customer satisfaction.

Job Description

We are looking for talented and driven individuals to join our kitchen team. Your primary responsibility will be to prepare and cook our menu items to the highest standards, ensuring timely delivery and exceptional quality.

You will work closely with our Head Chef or Sous Chef to maintain high-quality standards of Food Safety and Execution, while also contributing to the development of new menu items and limited-time offers.

  • Maintain a safe and hygienic kitchen environment, adhering to all food preparation and cleanliness guidelines.
  • Ensure staff are allocated sections and secondary duties throughout their shifts, managing general kitchen operations in conjunction with the head chef.
  • Possess experience and demonstrate competency in cooking techniques, including grilling, deep frying, shallow frying, sautéing, blanching of vegetables, meat, seafood, and poultry.
Requirements
  • Fully Trade Qualified preferred
  • Cert 3 in Commercial Cookery preferred
