Zeus Street Greek is a dynamic and fast-paced casual dining business serving traditional family recipes with a modern twist.

We are seeking an experienced Kitchen Manager to join our team at Macquarie, responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our store and kitchen. As a key member of our management team, you will be expected to manage all key performance indicators, including COGS, financials, and rostering.

The successful candidate will have:

  • a proven track record in restaurant or kitchen management, with a minimum of 2 years' experience;
  • excellent leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and coach a high-performing team;
  • strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with colleagues, customers, and suppliers;
  • a passion for food quality and safety, with a strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences;
