Project Scheduler Role

We are seeking a skilled Project Scheduler to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have experience working with project scheduling tools and possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- This role involves working with experienced project managers and stakeholders to ensure the development and completion of project progress and milestones through scheduling.
- Forecasting, performing scheduling analysis, identifying project development needs, and developing and improving processes.
- Partner with stakeholders to provide advice and contribute to the proactive development of projects by implementing and communicating initiatives.
- Demonstrated competence and experience as per skill level 3 Advanced Practitioner or above.
- Demonstrated competence and experience in using current industry best practice schedule tools and project schedule reporting methodologies.
- Experience developing, maintaining, and reporting on project schedules.
- Ability to work autonomously and meet demanding milestones.
- AU Working rights and Security Clearance required.
- Meaningful work autonomy and the ability to contribute to impactful projects.
