Job Title: Early Learning Centre Director
Job Summary:
Heritage College is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Centre Manager to lead the team at its early learning centre on the Narre Warren South Campus. The successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day management and administration of the service, including overseeing the learning and teaching program, leading a professional learning community, managing marketing and enrolment administration, and ensuring compliance regulations and financial targets are met.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the development and implementation of the learning and teaching program
- Lead a professional learning community to ensure high-quality teaching and learning practices
- Manage marketing and enrolment administration to attract and retain students
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and financial targets are met
- Collaborate with the Education Director to develop and implement strategic plans for the centre
Requirements:
- Minimum of a Diploma in Early Childhood qualification with Bachelor of Early Childhood highly desirable
- Thorough knowledge of Early Years Learning Framework, Child Protection, and National Quality Framework
- Current First Aid qualification which includes Asthma and Anaphylaxis training
- A Working With Children Clearance
- Candidates must be supportive of the values, vision, and ethos of Heritage College
