About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Educational Leader to join our team at Goodstart Bondi Junction - Oxford Street North. As an Educational Leader, you will play a key role in shaping the educational programs and practices within our centre, working closely with our educators to observe, review, and continuously improve our services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead change and champion practice uplift and excellence within the centre
  • Develop and implement educational programs that meet the needs of our children and families
  • Support the application and use of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
  • Work collaboratively with the centre leadership team to drive continuous improvement and excellence

Requirements
  • Bachelor of Education (Early Childhood Education) or a Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent)
  • Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
  • Current NSW Working with Children Check
