We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Senior Educator to join our team at Goodstart Early Learning Bondi Junction. As a Senior Educator, you will be responsible for leading a team of Educators to deliver exceptional educational programs and ensuring the safety and inclusivity of all children.
Key Responsibilities- Lead a team of Educators to deliver high-quality educational programs
- Collaborate with the Centre Leadership Team and Educational Leader to observe, inform, and continuously improve teaching practices
- Ensure the safety and inclusivity of all children
- Develop and implement educational programs that meet the needs of all children
