Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Educator to lead our team at Goodstart Bondi Junction. As a Senior Educator, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional educational programs, collaborating with the Centre Leadership Team, and ensuring the safety and inclusivity of all children.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of dedicated Educators to deliver high-quality educational programs
  • Collaborate with the Centre Leadership Team to observe, inform, and continuously improve teaching practices
  • Ensure the safety and inclusivity of all children
  • Develop and implement educational programs that meet the needs of all children
