Strategic People Systems and Analytics Leader

We are seeking a seasoned People Systems and Analytics professional to lead our organisation's strategic initiatives in this area.
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the strategy, integration and optimisation of our people systems, owning the HRIS, reporting frameworks, and analytics to deliver digital, scalable and streamlined ways of working. You will partner closely with internal and external stakeholders to provide expert advice, drive systems improvements and uplift people data capability across the organisation.
To succeed in this role, you will require deep technical expertise across HRIS governance and implementation, people systems, data reporting and analytics. You must be confident in owning and optimising complex systems, and able to turn data into clear, actionable insights that inform strategic decision-making and elevate the employee experience.
