Job Title: Strategic Merchandise Manager

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Strategic Merchandise Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for delivering cohesive product ranges through strategic planning and leadership.

You will enable our vision by driving commercial objectives and partnering with all brand functions and departments to ensure we create the best product experience for our customers.

As a leader, you will set range strategies that help drive business growth while applying customer, brand, and commercial filters to build and protect our brand DNA.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in a similar role in retail or fashion, with a proven track record of engaging and influencing senior business leaders and key stakeholders.

They will possess high-level negotiation skills, analytical problem-solving skills, and the ability to drive change through best practice and delivering results.

Furthermore, they will have established leadership skills to develop and support their team, as well as high-level organization and planning skills.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Qualification in a relevant field such as merchandise management
  • Extensive experience in a similar strategic merchandise manager role in retail or fashion
  • Ability to engage and influence senior business leaders and key stakeholders
  • Proven high-level negotiation skills
  • Proven communication skills with the ability to drive change through best practice and delivering results
  • Demonstrable analytical problem-solving and research skills to identify and implement creative solutions
  • High-level organization and planning skills
  • Established leadership skills to develop and support the team
