Requirements:

  • A minimum of 10 years' experience in HR, with expertise in change management and organisational design.
  • Demonstrated 'hands-on' experience as an HR manager/business partner, viewed as a trusted advisor and leader.
  • A proven track record of providing innovative solutions and driving change.
