Job Role
A high-performing team leader is required to drive strategic people programs and deliver insights. This opportunity involves joining a well-established team that fosters growth and development.
Main Responsibilities:
- Talent Development: Develop workforce planning strategies, including talent and succession planning, critical positions, and knowledge transfer.
- Employee Relations: Provide expert advice on employee relations issues and lead a small team of professionals.
- Culture Building: Foster effective relationships with employees and leaders, while promoting HR best practices.
- Team Enablement: Build the capability of people leaders and teams through core HR processes.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 10 years' experience in HR, with expertise in change management and organisational design.
- Demonstrated 'hands-on' experience as an HR manager/business partner, viewed as a trusted advisor and leader.
- A proven track record of providing innovative solutions and driving change.
