About the Role

This is a diverse senior generalist position, working across a wide range of people activities and projects.

  • Partner with senior leaders to align people strategies with business priorities.
  • Lead workforce planning, performance management, and succession planning.
  • Support leadership development and change management efforts.
  • Analyse & utilise internal and market data to identify trends and drive insights-based decisions, including providing reporting as required.
  • Manage complex employee relations issues, including coaching and guiding managers and employees.
  • Collaborate with the broader People team on key initiatives and projects.
  • Assist all employee life-cycle events including drafting employment contracts and in-employment conditions
  • Oversee the new employee onboarding and offboarding processes
  • Provide timely advice to partners and employees
  • Draft and update policies and procedures
  • Lead key cyclical activities, for example annual performance & growth reviews.
  • Support leaders in performance management

  • A senior and experienced People Business Partner, ideally in professional services.
  • Degree in Human Resources preferred.
  • Outstanding stakeholder management skills, with exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Experience managing complex employee relations issues.
  • Proactive and results driven mentality, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills with the ability to effectively manage competing priorities.
  • Autonomous in working style, however a natural collaborator who enjoys knowledge sharing across the team.
