
Innovative People Leader

This is a diverse senior generalist position, working across a wide range of people activities and projects.
- Partner with senior leaders to align people strategies with business priorities.
- Lead workforce planning, performance management, and succession planning.
- Support leadership development and change management efforts.
- Analyse & utilise internal and market data to identify trends and drive insights-based decisions, including providing reporting as required.
- Manage complex employee relations issues, including coaching and guiding managers and employees.
- Collaborate with the broader People team on key initiatives and projects.
- Assist all employee life-cycle events including drafting employment contracts and in-employment conditions
- Oversee the new employee onboarding and offboarding processes
- Provide timely advice to partners and employees
- Draft and update policies and procedures
- Lead key cyclical activities, for example annual performance & growth reviews.
- Support leaders in performance management

- A senior and experienced People Business Partner, ideally in professional services.
- Degree in Human Resources preferred.
- Outstanding stakeholder management skills, with exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Experience managing complex employee relations issues.
- Proactive and results driven mentality, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills with the ability to effectively manage competing priorities.
- Autonomous in working style, however a natural collaborator who enjoys knowledge sharing across the team.
