Job Description

As a Motor Claims Operational Delivery Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in optimizing performance and service delivery for our motor claims operations.

This challenging position requires the ability to identify, scope, and manage key improvement initiatives that drive business growth and member satisfaction.

Key responsibilities include conducting root cause analysis, leading improvement programs, resolving issues, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement effective solutions.

The ideal candidate will have 5 years of experience in a claims and assessing environment, with a background in business transformation, Agile, or Lean methodologies.

Exceptional organizational skills, strategic thinking, and excellent communication skills are essential for success in this role.

Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in a claims and assessing environment

  • Strong understanding of regulatory environment
