Commercial Litigation Solicitor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Commercial Litigation Solicitor to join our team in Melbourne. This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned professional to take on a challenging role and contribute to the growth of our practice.
Job DescriptionThe successful candidate will have at least 3 years + PAE experience in commercial litigation, with a strong track record of managing complex cases and providing exceptional client service. As a key contact, you will work closely with clients to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions. You will also be responsible for appearing in various courts and tribunals, supervising junior lawyers, and staying up-to-date with industry developments.
To succeed in this role, you will need excellent organisational, analytical, drafting, and communication skills. You must be able to demonstrate flexibility, adaptability, and a genuine team player attitude. We are looking for someone who is passionate about delivering innovative and practical solutions to our clients' legal and business challenges.
Requirements- At least 3 years + PAE experience in commercial litigation
- Experience in managing a busy practice
- Excellent organisational, analytical, drafting, and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team-based environment, as well as autonomously
As a member of our team, you can expect a competitive salary of $150,000 - $200,000 per annum, depending on experience.
