About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Commercial Litigation Solicitor to contribute to our top-tier Disputes practice. In this role, you will work closely with leading partners and senior lawyers to deliver high-quality legal services to local, national, and international clients.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Handling complex commercial litigation matters, including disputes, investigations, and class actions;
  • Contributing to an excellent client service experience, identifying issues, and providing proactive solutions;
  • Participating in business development projects to grow existing and new client relationships;
  • Collaborating with colleagues across our global network of offices.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • An Australian or New Zealand practicing certificate, with at least 2 years' legal experience;
  • Demonstrable experience in delivering technical advice on commercial litigation matters from a leading private practice or in-house environment;
  • A strong academic record, coupled with strong legal skills and a practical mindset;
  • A proactive approach and desire to be an integral member of our leading team;
  • An ability to work under tight timeframes, collaboratively and autonomously;
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to demonstrate collegiality within a team;
  • A hunger to learn and develop, and be part of maintaining a market-leading practice.

What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary package of around $180,000 AUD per annum, depending on experience. Our benefits include:
