This is a critical role that requires exceptional leadership skills and experience in managing operational performance.

We are seeking a highly motivated Operations Manager to lead our team of technicians and drive business growth through customer liaison and networking. The successful candidate will have excellent service delivery skills, with a focus on client relationships, priority setting, and deadline management.

  • The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in trade supervision and management, with qualifications or certifications in related fields.
  • They will also possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with minimal direct supervision.
  • A key responsibility of this role is to develop new business opportunities through strategic partnerships and collaborations.
  • The Operations Manager will be responsible for scheduling and managing site work to meet client requirements, ensuring efficient and safe completion.
  • They will also supervise the professional and ethical performance of permanent and supplementary employees, and manage the design, build, and maintenance of equipment.
  • Additional responsibilities include conducting safety inductions and training plans for new and existing personnel, issuing safety equipment and tools as necessary, and monitoring service job sheets for contract work.
  • The Operations Manager will also ensure that reasonable work times are maintained, conduct monthly safety meetings in the workshop, and promote Company products and services.
