Operations Leadership Role

As the operations supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing site activities related to receiving, processing, and distribution of finished vehicles. This role is pivotal in ensuring operational efficiency, leading a dedicated team, and maintaining high service standards.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Coordinating with customers and the operations manager regarding ship arrivals
  • Supervising yard staff to receive vehicles, including labour planning
  • Organizing storage yard to accommodate incoming shipments
  • Monitoring and reviewing team performance
  • Providing strong leadership to the team
  • Coordinating regular toolbox meetings and following up OH&S activities
  • Coaching and mentoring the team in developing their skills
