Superior Customer Service Professional

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, experience in frontline reception services, preferably in a medical reception or other health organisation environment. They will also have demonstrated ability to provide high-level administrative support in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

The successful candidate will work under the direction of the Senior Leader and will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of consumer satisfaction in every interaction.
