Global Project Manager for Large-Scale Initiatives

Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead multiple organization-wide projects, working closely with functional leads in each of our regions to deliver alignment, consistency, and impact within globally agreed timescales and budget.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and manage project management plans, identifying dependencies, resources, and timeframes required to complete the project successfully.
- Collaborate with colleagues across different streams to ensure robust project management principles are embedded across the organization.
- Act as a project management coach and advisor for team members and senior colleagues across OSG.
- Active identification and management of project risks and issues, including legal, data privacy, and regulatory compliance risks.
- Preparation of project documentation, including governance/Board level reports, status reports, risks, and presentations.
- Monitoring progress, identifying emerging issues, risks, and problem-solving ensuring all approval processes and any other program-agreed processes, procedures, standards, and guidelines are followed.
- Use relationships as the foremost tool to progress project delivery and achieve the best outcomes with all levels and categories of stakeholders.
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- A recognized project management qualification (e.g., PRINCE2, Agile, PMP, AMP).
- Understanding and awareness of different organizational development and change management models and approaches.
- 5+ years of experience in a PMO within a large, complex organization.
- Experience developing and implementing policies and procedures.
- Experience working in a highly regulated industry.
- Experience in a global organization (preferred).
- Experience in the education sector (preferred).
