About the Role:

Lendlease is seeking a highly skilled EHS Coordinator to join our team on a 12-month fixed-term basis, working on a large-scale project in the Sydney CBD. This role offers a unique opportunity to drive safety culture and make a lasting impact.

The successful candidate will work closely with the project team to lead safety initiatives, monitor compliance, and provide technical expertise to improve EHS performance. With a strong understanding of local regulations and legislation, you will be responsible for identifying issues, trends, and implementing effective solutions.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • At least 3 years of experience in an EHS Coordinator/Advisor position, preferably in construction and/or engineering industries;
  • Large-scale commercial/residential project experience is highly regarded;
  • A strong understanding of local legal and regulatory health and safety requirements;
  • A solid knowledge of safe working systems, legislation, rules, and procedures;
  • Excellent communication skills, coupled with stakeholder management capabilities.
