Job Title

We are seeking a Contracts Administrator to provide nationwide support.

About the Role
  • Manage accurate and timely contract data collection and reporting.
  • Produce reports for customers and leadership teams.
  • Report on WHS matters and support a safe work environment.
  • Coordinate job completion and invoicing processes.
  • Support tender preparation and contribute to business development activities.
  • Manage customer complaints with professionalism.
  • Promote inclusive culture and enhance employer reputation.
Key Responsibilities
  1. Drive continuous improvement by collecting and reporting contract data in a timely manner.
  2. Develop comprehensive reports highlighting trends and compliance outcomes for customers and leadership teams.
  3. Educate colleagues on WHS matters to ensure a safe work environment across all FM contracts.
  4. Streamline job completion and invoicing processes to ensure efficient billing cycles.
  5. Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and submit tenders that meet business objectives.
  6. Provide excellent customer service by managing complaints in a professional and transparent manner.
  7. Cultivate an inclusive workplace culture and enhance the employer's reputation as a leader in disability employment.
Requirements
  • Flexible and tech-savvy, with ability to adapt to evolving business needs.
  • Sound project management skills and use of IT systems for business outcomes.
  • Clear and adaptable communication with negotiation strengths.
  • Experience drafting professional business documentation.
  • Valid NDIS Worker Screening clearance.
  • Up-to-date COVID-19 vaccinations including booster.
  • Familiarity with Urbanise FM software (field services module).
  • Intermediate to advanced Excel skills.
  • Contract and tender costing experience.
  • Prior project management exposure is a plus.
