Project Manager Role Overview

The company is an established Tier 2 builder focusing on new build and fit-out projects in Western Australia. They construct in various sectors including Government, Healthcare, Retail, and Education.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage full project setup, logistics, and daily operations effectively.
  • Coordinate and oversee all trades, subcontractors, and site personnel.
  • Monitor construction progress to ensure program timelines and quality standards are met.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations on site.
  • Lead site meetings and liaise with clients, consultants, and project stakeholders.
  • Report to senior management on project progress, risks, and site issues.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Minimum 4+ years of local experience as a Project Manager on commercial construction projects.
  • Proven track record managing commercial projects up to $30m in value.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and coordination skills.
  • Strong understanding of OH&S regulations and site compliance.
  • Ability to manage teams and subcontractors independently with minimal supervision.
